Attention Swifties. This is your reminder to get those friendship bracelets made, your Lover, Reputation or Speak Now outfits decided and the Tortured Poet's Department lyrics learned. The Eras Tour is arriving at London’s Wembley Stadium imminently.
Social media has provided UK fans with a few glimpses of what to expect from the shows, which last a whopping three hours. Expect the biggest hits of Tay's career, a couple of surprise songs and some truly epic stage production. If you were one of the lucky ones who managed to get tickets, here’s everything you need to know to prep for one of the most anticipated events of the year.
When is Taylor Swift’s Eras tour coming to London?
Get ready for it! Taylor will be playing eight London dates: June 21, 22 and 23 and August 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20.
What time will Taylor come on stage?
Timings haven’t been released for Wembley just yet. For her European shows so far, doors have opened between 6pm and 6.30pm with Taylor taking to the stage around 8pm-8.30pm. So we can probably expect something similar here.
Are there any tickets left?
Nice try. We hate to break it to you, but all tickets sold out on Ticketmaster extremely quickly.
Be careful if you’re trying to buy secondhand tickets. Ticketmaster, AEG and AXS have strictly stated that ‘any tickets found to be purchased via re-sale on the non-official secondary market will not be valid for entry’.
How much did tickets cost?
Tickets ranged from around £59 (for partial or obstructed view tickets) to £110 for general admission standing. Front standing was priced at about £172, while seated tickets went up to £194.
For ultra-Swifties who went for VIP packages, the prices apparently went all the way up to £662.40 per person. Damn.
